The MacFarlane Loyalty Rewards Program is open to all MacFarlane Energy residential customers 18 years and older. MacFarlane Energy account must be in good standing. One membership per household.

Your membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules.

Your membership is valid for any goods and services provided by MacFarlane Energy.

MacFarlane Energy may at any time, terminate or modify the MacFarlane Loyalty Rewards Program and will notify members of such changes by posting the changes on MacFarlane Energy's website: www.macfarlaneenergy.com

As a member of the MacFarlane Loyalty Rewards Program, you will earn 1 Red Point for every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases. To earn Red Points, you must enroll in the MacFarlane Loyalty Rewards Program. Enrollment will not be completed until your email address has been verified. Your MacFarlane Energy account can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. MacFarlane will post to your account approximately 24-48 hours from date on qualifying purchases.

Red Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Unless otherwise stated, MacFarlane's discounts may not be combined with any other promotion, special offer or discount offered by MacFarlane Energy.

The following items are considered non-qualifying purchases for which MacFarlane will not be awarded: purchases made for resale, sales tax, state fees, and other excluded charges. Other exclusions may apply.

MacFarlane Energy reserves the right to freeze/cancel any MacFarlane Loyalty Rewards membership in the event of a past-due balance or default on the affiliated account or any other MacFarlane Energy account.

You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying MacFarlane Energy via contact format at macfarlaneenergy.com, e-mail or in writing.

You may view your account activity online at macfarlaneredpoints.com. For information about your account, contact MacFarlane Energy customer service.
